| The Mounting Toll 2009 |
| Winter woes seem to be behind us for this year, but now we have the mounting toll of an ever-growing problem. After the events of March 15, 2009, I use the term, mounting, literally, and the toll will be the sum total of dogs living on the property by the end of the year, as well as the cost to them, of living in a deplorable situation. Every time I think this site is finished, something happens to prove me wrong. So, here we go, with another bevy of unfortunate incidents. |
